If the new commitments to Jesus had been just one....this event would have made a "kingdom difference", heaven would still be rejoicing, and every minute of time, every bit of talent, and every cent of treasure would have been worth it! Instead, God is allowing us the privilege of rejoicing in these numbers, but now is when the work begins. We have 43 women who need to be followed up with, who need to be gently led through the next steps that will help them grow as they begin their spiritual journey, and who need to be mentored. We have 72 to help usher and assimilate into Bible studies, and we have 99 women who are in need of prayer or expressed prayer concerns who expect us to be praying!
That's what it's all about!
Thank you to all who helped with food, decorating, hosting, security, registration, gifts, transportation, reception room and followup calls, and all of the other amazing contributions of time, talent, and treasure that were invested in making this event happen.
