Server - serve dinner & coffee to designated tables 5:30-7:30pm
Wed Thurs Fri
Security/Parking Lot Attendant - This will be done in shifts 5-10:30pm
Gentlemen and Ladies
Greeter - Help our guests feel welcomed 5:00 - 8:00pm
Usher - Help women find empty seats in the dining room and/or Main
Auditorium 5:30 - 8:00pm
Merchandise Tables - Assist with sales of resources 5:00 - 10:00pm
Kitchen helpers - shifts during the day of the event 12 - 5:00pm
Clean Up - Prepare the facility for the next day 8:00 - 10:00pm
Wed Thurs
Teardown - Prepare teh facility for Sat & Sun regular programming
Fri 8:00 - 10:30pm Sat 9:00 - noon
Volunteer Central - We have many who will be serving and we will be having
food, beverages, supplies, nametags, etc. at Volunteer Central. We
need some folks who would be willing to man this area, help people
pick up their supplies, replenish the food, etc. 5:00 - 9:00pm

Registration - Help guests find their nametags 5:00 - 8:00pm
Reception Room - Help ladies that night who have immediate prayer needs
7:00 - 10:00pm
Days following the event
Response Team - We're looking for people to assist in following up with those who had prayer requests, are interested in a Bible Study, etc.
Follow Up Callers - Call those who indicated a prayer request Dec 6-12
Bible Study Leaders - Willing to lead a study in your home or
elsewhere Jan 2010
Bible Study Hostesses - Willing yo host a Bible study in your home but you'd
rather not lead Jan 2010
Everyone - In January, the Christmas decorations need to come down and the church needs to be ready for January programming. This is a small task if there are many hands. Please consider joining us Mon, Jan 4 - Sat, Jan 9!
